Check-in/Check-out Policies

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:



Check-In: 3:00 PM


Check-Out: 12:00pm


Late Check-out Hour: Up until 3:00pm


Late Check-out Fees: $20.00


Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 3:00 PM) may result in a fee.


Property and Cancelation Policies:

Our hotel cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to 6 pm to the arrival date. Check-out time at 12 noon, check-in time starting at 3 pm. We accept payment of cash and credit card of Visa, Master, American Express and Discover. Taxes are as follow: State Tax 8.875%, City Tax 5.875%, Occupancy Tax $2.00 Unit Fee $1.50. 

Dear Guests, thank you for choosing to stay with us and we are glad you have made it here safely! We would like to share with you some thing’s to keep in mind while we help you Check-in and throughout your stay. Upon Check-in, your card will be authorized for $100 dollars which will serve as a Security Deposit. Please keep in mind that if you use a Credit Card, it’ll just be a pending hold and if you use a Debit Card, it will look like a charge. If you use cash, the Security Deposit will be $200. Now, once you have Checked-out the authorization will be released and/or your Cash Deposit given back. In addition, if you weren’t charged for your Facility Fee prior to your arrival, we will charge it as you Check-in. Furthermore, here are a few House Rules to keep in mind; Check-out is at 12pm. If you would like to stay past 12pm, the fee is $20 per hour up until 3pm. After 3pm it is a full night rate. There is a small luggage fee for your luggage's, please see Front Desk sign for details. For lost baggage, our maximum liability is $100. Also, we are a smoke free hotel so please do not smoke in the rooms or around hotel entrance. The smoking fee penalty is $300 and possibly will be asked to leave hotel. If something gets damaged in your room, you could be subject to an extra charge. If any of your personal items gets lost, we are not responsible for it. No pets are permitted in the rooms or in hotel unless it’s a Service or Emotional Support animal. We ask that you be respectful and considerate to fellow guest’s and staff members. Most importantly, enjoy your stay!
